My partner and I contacted Heather to assist with our re-financing needs and her assistance with navigating through this tricky task made the process seamless! Finding the best deal can be difficult and take hours of research, but we were provided with a range of different scenarios and strategies to consider for our situation and this is where I feel Heather stands apart from the rest. The easy method would be to give us the 'cheapest rate' but we were provided with fixed, variable, offset and basic packages and all the combinations in between to make our money work best for us and that's what we appreciated most - An informed decision.
